SENIOR MANAGER

Colorado Technical University (CTU) is a private for-profit university with its main campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

Recruited to help build the Center for Corporate Engagement which strives to provide strategic, purpose-driven education benefits for leading organizations. My role is to be the face of CTU and represent a wide range of programs and services to the B2B marketplace. As a Senior Manager, I act as a mentor to Corporate Engagement Consultants. Target new education partners and manage the university's largest partner organizations, including UPS, CommonSpirit, U-Haul and more. I implemented "Education Roadshows" where our team works with local leaders to present University grant opportunities at client sites across the U.S.

Although my role, primarily is a sales position, I help create marketing collateral and industry-related research materials to help win business. Facilitated several trainings based upon my research efforts including Competitor Analysis and Industry Overview, EdTech Trends and A Guide to Purpose-Driven Education Benefits from a Talent, HR, L&D and Executive Leadership perspective. (see my portfolio)

Modern Acupuncture

Modern Acupuncture is the largest provider of acupuncture in the U.S.

Initially hired as a consultant to assist with creating the marketing department from the ground up. Replaced marketing director after 5 months. I oversaw the development of all internal and external marketing strategies: driving budget and revenue goals, campaign creative vision, supplement product launch, QBR's with clinics, advisory councils, national partnerships, and franchise sales for corporate Modern Acupuncture® headquarters.

Followed alternative healthcare market trends to direct market research efforts and develop marketing strategies for brand. Leader in both creative design and analytical processes and implementation for marketing department.

Assisted with securing first investor deal with Strand Equity with investor partner Cameron Diaz  and recently Franchise Times awarded Modern Acupuncture® with "Dealmakers of the Year 2020"  View MA Conference.

PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY

Study.com is an online learning platform that offers massive open online video focused courses and degrees for students, and working adults. It also offers tools for teachers to engage their students in class and at home. 

Recruited to Study.com to help create the Enterprise Sales division for the Working Scholars program aimed at partnering with cities and Fortune-ranked organizations to help retain and develop their employees, attract top talent and provide college assistance.

 

At Study.com I also worked closely with colleges and universities across the country to offer supplemental educational course work in order to help retain and graduate students.

At Intellimed™ I partnered with healthcare organizations, providers and, payors across the country that recognized the value of analytics to make key decisions.

IntelliClient™ and IntelliMarket™ were both tools I sold which are comprised of state and national datasets designed to provide competitor profiles and other critical insights needed by hospitals, associations, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and physicians.

 

I worked closely with Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Physician Recruitment and Financial teams as they all benefited from Intellimed's insightful data to support their goals and help gain market share.

COMMERICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

At Grainger I developed long lasting partnerships with customers in the MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) industry while supplying and managing MRO procurement.

 

Consultative and outside sales B2B professional that was responsible for a 3+ million dollar territory, consisting of organizations in various industries such as commercial, manufacturing, finance, technology, education, service, utilities, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, agriculture, technology, finance, cable, broadband, communications, construction and more.

Chosen to participate in the 2017 Grainger Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to accelerate the growth and development of Grainger emerging leaders while driving future growth of Grainger.

Secured contracts and grew various lines of business with organizations like Salt River Project, Shamrock Foods, Safeway, and AT&T.

NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Consultative Sales Account Executive that helped build and launch the Workforce Solutions division at Apollo Education Group.

With a goal to better prepare employees at all levels of their organizations tackle economy challenges, I developed strategic partnerships with organizations across various industries that helped map out employee competencies and develop custom tailored corporate education programs in order to meet individual organizational specific criteria. I worked directly with C-Suite, Senior Executive and Industry Leaders in Fortune-ranked and other Enterprise organizations.

Additionally, I represented several of Apollo Education Group's educational institutions for clients with a global presence including, Bridge School of Management (India), BPP (UK) and ULA (Mexico).

Participated in industry association meetings and professional business organizations to represent University of Phoenix's capabilities and drive new business opportunities.
